The Peartree Inn, 155 St. Thomas Road, Derby, England, DE23 8RH. This is our registered office and venue address. We serve Derby, including Pear Tree, Normanton, Allenton and Sinfin. Bookings are for an in-person visit; we do not deliver goods or alcohol and there is no delivery charge. Guests visiting from the UK or Europe can submit a request and choose GBP or EUR.
Opening and booking hours
Monday–Thursday: 12:00–23:00. Friday–Saturday: 12:00–00:00. Sunday: 12:00–22:00. UK local time. We aim to reply to routine enquiries within one working day. Your arrival time, duration and arrangements are confirmed for the specific booking, subject to availability and applicable operating arrangements.
Booking confirmation
Before payment we confirm the date, arrival time, party size, requested duration, table or reserved area, included services, full price or minimum spend, any service charge, deposit and balance arrangements. The fixed deposit is credited in full to the agreed bill. A reserved-area option does not include exclusive use of the entire venue unless expressly agreed in writing.
Arrival and changes
Contact bookings@peartreeinn.online or +447985875044 if you will be late or need to change the guest count or date. Changes require written agreement and remain subject to availability. We discuss access requirements before you travel. Material changes require your agreement; our cancellation policy explains refunds.
Food, alcohol and entry
The booking organiser must be at least 18. Any alcohol service is subject to applicable authorisation, venue rules and age verification. The deposits do not purchase specific food or drinks. If these are added, current menus, prices and item-specific allergen information are supplied before you agree to them.
